Katson Engineering Products an ISO 9001:2015 organization which is located in the industrial hub of Punjab i.e Ludhiana.
Katson is not a new name in the market as we have been publishing engineering books for almost every university of India; also we are into manufacturing of all kinds of soil testing equipment for building and construction industry . Under the technical vision of our managing director Raghav Kataria who himself is a mechanical engineer, our company diversified itself into another technical field of manufacturing of auto parts , and have commenced its operations in 2015, in manufacturing universal joint crosses for all LCV and HCV aftermarket segment.
We have achieved voluminous growth in complete range of UJ crosses for Indian aftermarket under the brand name KATSON.

Quality Policy
Our only mantra to success is being competitive in the market of producing high quality and cost-effective products. In this era of automation, we are blessed with a wide range of sophisticated equipment. Some of the factors of our manufacturing and quality policy are:
Material selection: we manufacture U-Joints only in alloy steel i.e. 16MnCr5 or 20MnCr5 for cross body and EN32B for Cups
Press Forging for proper metal flow and getting right grain structure
Machining and grinding done on CNC machines, to get accuracy and proper surface finish
Simultaneous drilling of reservoirs to achieve easy flow of grease
Case hardening up to standard case depth and oil quenching to achive proper hardness
High viscosity and melting point grease is used for longer durability
Dust free packaging area for maintaining the same quality until delivery
